North Star collaborated with Gorrill Palmer engineers and Aceto Landscape Architecture to develop this transportation planning and feasibility study for one of Maine’s most highly-trafficked corridors: Route 302 in North Windham. With a focus on traffic and pedestrian safety, accessibility, and mobility to support local land use, economic development, and quality of place goals, the plan provides a series of options and recommendations for improvements, including conceptual plans and construction costs.
